KelLee Rich, O.D. joined Spector Eye Care after relocating to Fairfield County in 2015. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in Upstate New York, and continued her studies at Indiana University School of Optometry, obtaining her Doctorate of Optometry in 2012.

During her time as a professional student, Dr. Rich was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa and Gold Key Optometric Honor Societies. She also served on the board of the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), traveling to Guanajuato, Mexico each year to provide eye care and glasses to the underserved. Her externship training included time at the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center (Montrose, New York), Keesler Air Force Base (Biloxi, Mississippi), and Centro de Rehabilitacion (Guanajuato, Mexico).

Dr. Rich specializes in primary care optometry and contact lens fittings for adults and children, offering exams in both English and Spanish. She is also certified in Advanced Optometric Care, which allows her to care for her patients’ medical eye care needs and surgical co-management.

Dr. Rich is a member of the American Optometric Association, Connecticut Association of Optometrists, and Connecticut VOSH. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
