Paul Guerriero, MD Paul Guerriero, MD is a Retina Specialist at Spector Eye Care in Connecticut who provides specialized vitreoretinal eye care for patients including advanced diagnostic testing such as Fluorescein Angiography and Ocular Coherence Tomography as well as the medical, laser and surgical treatment of diabetic retinopathy, management of macular degeneration and other diseases and problems of the Retina.

Judith Elson, O.D. is a Connecticut Optometrist who serves as the Clinical Director for our staff and oversees practice operations for the technical staff. She earned her Doctorate in Optometry from New England College of Optometry in 1986 and then completed a Fellowship in Primary Eye Care at the New England College of Optometry as well. She has certification to use ocular medications, both diagnostic and therapeutic. In addition, she has advanced certification in Glaucoma.

Mary Beth Schanz, OD Mary Beth Schanz, O.D. is a Clinical Optometrist at Spector Eye Care. In addition she serves as an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Optometry at the SUNY-College of Optometry. Dr. Schanz received her Doctorate in Optometry, with Honors, from the State University of New York-College of Optometry and completed her Residency in Low Vision at the West Haven VA Medical Center. She is trained to identify and manage a wide variety of eye conditions and eye diseases as well as to provide contact lens services and work in the care and management of refractive surgery patients.

KelLee Rich, O.D. joined Spector Eye Care after relocating to Fairfield County in 2015. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in Upstate New York, and continued her studies at Indiana University School of Optometry, obtaining her Doctorate of Optometry in 2012. During her time as a professional student, Dr. Rich was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa and Gold Key Optometric Honor Societies. She also served on the board of the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), traveling to Guanajuato, Mexico each year to provide eye care and glasses to the underserved.
