I was able to see Dr. Schanz within a day or two of my appointment request, did not wait more than 10 minutes to be seen, all the eye measurements seemed very thorough, and Dr. Schanz researched for me a special kind of replacement contact lens. In a subsequent visit to be evaluated for cataract surgery, again I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time, staff were pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Spector took time to explain my options for surgery and gave me a clear timeline as to how the procedure would be done and what expectations for recovery were. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were clearly answered. I haven't had the surgery yet but am anticipating scheduling in the near future.
