Hi, Dr. Spector here,
Many people know that LASIK is the most successful elective procedure in the history of medicine because it is so safe, so effective, and in less than one minute per eye you could be rid of a lifetime of glasses or contact lens wear.
I have performed more than 5,000 successful laser vision correction procedures, and unlike many chain LASIK centers that are owned by corporations focused primarily on making a profit for shareholder investors, as the owner and founder I am still actively involved in providing care to my patients.
We are dedicated to providing the safest, most effective treatments for all of our patients at a price they can afford.
Look forward to connecting with you soon!
Is LASIK Right For You?
Can you afford LASIK?
There are $0 down, 0% interest for 24 months financing packages available to help you take advantage of this procedure.
What is the recovery time?
Post LASIK, most patients return to regular activities that day after their procedure. Many return to work the following day.
Are you nervous about the procedure?
It is not uncommon for you to feel a sense of nervousness before the procedure. Make sure you feel comfortable with your choice of LASIK practice before you move forward with your procedure. Ask as many questions as you need.
Are you a good candidate?
Before you spend too much time analyzing whether or not to go through with the procedure, find out first if your are a candidate. This way you will have all of the answers you need to make an intelligent decision. Although LASIK saves you money in the long run, most health insurance will not cover refractive surgeries.
Have you had a change in vision prescription in the past year?
If you have refractive instability you should discuss your LASIK candidacy with your doctor.
Do you have a medical condition that affects your vision?
Certain health conditions (autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency states, diabetes) may prevent you from healing properly after surgery.
Do you have these other risk factors?
Glaucoma, Keratoconus, Blepharitis, large pupils, thin corneas, dry eyes, or previous refractive surgery. If you have any of these, please consult your doctor for further analysis.
